Ali'i Kai 1-202

We recently stayed at this rental, and it was fantastic! The location is beautiful, offering stunning views and easy access to the beaches around. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and there were plenty of beach items available, including chairs, umbrellas, toys, and an ice chest.

While there is no AC in the bedrooms, we were aware of this when booking. The fans provided kept the rooms comfortably cool, and the living room area, which had AC, was pleasantly refreshing.

We did encounter a small issue at check-in, but thanks to the host’s attentiveness, it was quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We have stayed at this property several times now, and each time it gets harder to leave! It's nicely decorated and furnished, clean and spacious and equipped with everything one needs for trips to the beach and making meals at "home." (When we're not eating out at the many fun restaurants on the North Shore.)

Located in a stunningly beautiful area of Princeville, we enjoy the views of the mountains and the ocean - and looking for whales while seated in the comfy Adirondack chairs perched on top of the green cliff.

Krisha has been great at answering all of our questions and communicating with us!

We loved our week staying at this condo. It took us a while to find the right building in a downpour - You might want to print out a map of the condo area since Google Maps led us a bit astray. Once we got there, we were happy to relax and settle into this beautiful place. As others have shared, it is clean, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Kaua'i. The beds and linens are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beach toys, chairs and towels super convenient. We enjoyed a few dips in the pool with our kiddo who is learning to swim. My favorite part was spending mornings out on the deck drinking coffee, watching birds and enjoying the spectacular views.

We have recently returned from a two week stay at this unit and really enjoyed it. It has very good mountain views from the lanai and just enough ocean view to keep an eye on conditions. The location is very quiet and private. The condo was very well stocked with most of the items needed for making meals. It was very clean and communication was excellent. Keisha was above and beyond helpful while we were there.

This is a great condo in Princeville. The location is very appealing, you're practically directly on the coast instead of being surrounded by other condo complexes. While you mainly have mountain and island views, there is a nice little ocean view from the breakfast nook too. The condo is nicely furnished and has pretty much everything you need for a stay. It was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Ali'i Kai was lovely and the rental was just as described in the listing. It was incredibly clean and the breeze that came through the screened windows was more than enough to keep us cool (there is also AC in the livingroom but we didn't need to use it). One note, since we slept with the windows open, we'd bring earplugs next time for the early morning rooster crows ;) The kitchen is great and had everything we needed and more. Also we were impressed by the quality and amount of beach-going supplies (snorkels and fins, boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas) -- they made our beach days comfortable and great!! The location is accurately described and the views of the mountains were lovely. The pool is on the smaller side and we didn't end up spending much time there, but it was never crowded! There are also gas grills around the parking area. It was a lovely, calm place to stay and we'd definitely stay there again!

Spotless apartment with all amenities to make a easy free stress less stay. The management company was professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed 5 fabulous night at the Ali'i Kai. Never had a mountain view before but it was amazing sitting on our patio in the evening watching the sun set and the waterfalls behind Hanalei.

The unit was incredibly clean and updated. Though there was only two of us, it's clear there's enough space to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The kitchen was sparkling new - and the whole unit appears to have been recently renovated.

Although the main living area has AC, we used it rarely because of the wonderful breezes that blew through the unit.

The unit was very well supplied with all of the beach supplies and toys you could imagine needing.

We liked the seclusion and the service from the rental team was outstanding. Great use of the hospitality app and nice welcome and departure greetings.

We will definitely choose this rental company and the location on future visits.

Unit was as described--newly renovated and nicely appointed. We had plenty of space for two adults and one very busy toddler. Air conditioner works great, although it is only in the combined living spaces, not the rooms. We really only needed it in the bedroom the first night, it got much cooler at night after that. Easy parking, very easy to get into the unit upon check-in, everything was clean. As a note to a future renter, they have all the stuff that you would need for beach days--chairs, umbrellas, towels, a cooler--and they also have a pack n play and a few kids toys, if you need them. I didn't know that and rented and/or brought all of that stuff--I wish I had known! It was a very easy place to drop into and enjoy our few days off.

My wife and I enjoyed our month-long stay. Krisha was friendly, responsive, and happy to help during our stay. Really nice mountain views and an ocean view from the kitchen. We really appreciated how the host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, towels, and boogy boards in the closet for use. Great bonus we didn't expect!

Well stocked kitchen equipment, with the exception of dull and minimal cutting knifes and not great stovetop pans. Besides this, had great appliances, including a blender for smoothies.

Beautiful countertop island in the kitchen and nice bathrooms. Tasteful art. Overall, nice quiet complex with easy parking. We hope to be back again!

The condo was comfortable and well appointed. In a convenient location for exploring the north shore. Pretty views from nice sized balcony.

We had a great time at the condo in Princeville. The location is perfect if you want to be on the north end of the island. The condo was very clean and very large. There were beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and even a cooler for our use - which we truly enjoyed. For eating out go to Hanalei. Avoid the restaurants in Princeville. They are over priced and the food wasn’t very good

Very satisfied: spacious apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, very clean and everything functional. (Initially I chose the apartment for the hardwood floors/no carpet criteria, and what we got was better than expected. Good location, relatively short drive to Haena beach (our favorite) and Kealia beach. The trail to Turtle Caves starts from the resort. Krisha, the property manager was very helpful.

The location was great. Condo was well equipped.

The condo is wonderful. It is brand new and very nicely decorated. We had everything what we needed while visiting paradise with our small toddler. We will come back. Mahalo.
