Convenient, clean, comfortable!!!

We typically stay somewhere on the Island prior to our time share stay in Lihue - Awesome location. Plenty of space, short walk to the pool and to beaches. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our vacation, and the rental location did not disappoint. The Emmalani Court is a perfect location and central to Princeville and Hanalei, lots to do between the locations and close to beaches, grocery stores, shave ice, golfing, walking trails and more. I highly recommend staying here.
The unit is clean, has plenty of space for 4 adults/children and is well stocked; there is nothing that we missed or needed that we couldn't find. The king size beds in each room is a bonus and each bedroom having a dedicated bathroom was wonderful. The living room/dining area is spacious and leaves you plenty of room to sit, relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and lots of extras for storage, etc.
Emmalani Court has a heated pool that we found great during March. During our stay, the pool area was not busy and the kids had a blast. We saw several people leveraging the gas grills (in the pool area) which was a great offering.
I highly recommend getting a car for your trip to see the whole island, but this is the spot to stay! We will be back!

We had an excellent stay in Princeville. The location was beautiful,
freshly remodeled unit was well thought out and the kitchen was fully equipped. The highlight was to catch the beautiful sunset ritual on the golf course each evening. We would highly recommend this unit for your Princeville stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Emmalani court #214. By far one of the cleanest and cutest places I have stayed with VRBO. They supplied the essentials which was great. The location is great, right on a golf course. Short distance to the pool. Lots of walking paths. Beautiful view of the Ocean. I cannot say enough about our stay here!

We loved it. Amazing location, well furnished, updated home, very comfortable and stocked. Perfect location for a quick walk out to see the sunset. Nice community and pool. Saw a few ants in kitchen, but wasn't a problem. highly recommend!

The home is well stocked with all the things we could have needed. It was clean, and beautiful! We would definitely rent again. No issues at all while we were there. The instructions were clear and the property manager was responsive when needed. Thank you so much!

Princeville is a beautiful area of Kauai and this condo Emmalani Court 214 was the perfect place to stay. Beautifully decorated and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments. Easy communication with Krisha the property manager. We had a great time. Mahalo.

We had a great stay in the condo. It has been recently remodeled and is very nice. It is also well equipped with everything you need. There were lots of spices and condiments. It was very clean. The beds are comfortable and the AC worked well. Check in was easy and getting on the WiFi was also clear and easy.

Everything was exceptional—the condo was beautiful, Clean, well equipped, very quiet, great views, comfortable furnishings, Krisha was excellent. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return!!! Mahalo!

Restful, and filled with many memories.

Emmalani Court is one of the newer condos in Princeville. $214 has 2 rooms with floor to ceiling walls to let in lots of natural light and show the true beauty of the ocean, golf course, and if you're lucky the albatros all from your living room. It's a short 100 yard walk to the ocean cliff point for sunset and and easy walk to multiple beaches. We stayed for almost a month. Post stay, I don't think we could have made a better choice of where to stay. Kitchen is updated and very nice and the entire unit was well maintained.

Excellent, spacious, quiet, clean and an amazing location with an ocean view from the living room and lanai. You can walk to the cliff overlooking a spectacular beach in a few minutes. Nicely appointed kitchen and a tv in both bedrooms and a large one in the open concept kitchen - living room. Then internet was great. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Safe area and lovely walks to the ocean. The birds are friendly too! The manager is extremely helpful and considerate. We would love to have stayed longer!

We had a good stay. The unit was as represented, in a good location and in good condition. We would stay again.

Loved the views and location. Great accessories; even had a good beach umbrella. AC worked very well. Nenes came came for daily visits.
