Hanalei Bay House TVNC-5099

Our stay at the Hanalei Bay House was everything we expected and more. After reserving the house, I had a few questions prior to checking in and Krisha was more then accommodating. Thank you Krisha for going above and beyond

House is lovely, location is great. Open floor plan was nice. Overall, we enjoyed the house. Krisha is gracious and responsive by text but repairs need to be made. Things to be aware of: Fridge not working properly; temp was 50 degrees for most of our stay. Hot water in master bath lasts for five minutes at most. Dishwasher is horrible - soap not dissolving properly, dishes covered in food and soap even after running cycle twice. Digital oven control won't respond to 6, 7, or 8 in choice of temperature. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but not with basic food items beyond salt and pepper.

Caveats about the house, vacuum cleaner doesn’t work, beach umbrella's are broken, the carpet in the downstairs apartment needs to be removed and replaced with a stone floor. The bedrooms only have air condition units to where the rest of the house have 3 fans that do not all work properly.

This was a great rental. Exactly as described. very comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen was fabulous for cooking. location was great.

Wonderful experience at Hanalei Bay. The house was perfect, great condition with everything you need to enjoy your stay, just a block or so from a main entry to the beach, 5 min walk to town. The pictures of the house does not do it justice. I originally had another house booked with a different real estate company and they cancelled on us, turns out it was a blessing as Krisha and Kauai Palms Real Estate were super responsive.

We had a large group (9 adults, 2 kids) and were more than comfortable at this beautiful home. Amazing location, beautiful space, nice amenities. Krisha was communicative and friendly. Would love to stay here again.

That location was 400’ from the beach . The home we rented. Was well appointed and had everything we needed .I. Was beautiful , Our entire family of nine had an experience of a lifetime.

We rented this home for a week during my son’s wedding and it was the perfect place for the 8 of us (all adults and could have had more with kids)and perfect for entertaining the friends and family who stopped by on their way to the beach across the street (easy and short so nearby). It has wonderful gathering spaces - the high ceilings and large lanais connecting the spacious kitchen and living areas were loved by all. Opening it all up with the massive wonderful wooden sliding doors was a daily treat. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and was very well stocked. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable with clean and newly updated bathrooms. Everyone very much appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. Krisha was very responsive when we had the only one issue with the shower in the master bath and had a plumber come out quickly. A part is on they way. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas and other beach necessities. There is a bit of traffic noise at times because Aku is a busy street from town to the beach , but we would not hesitate to stay there again!

The home has all you need for a beautiful day at the beach and an enjoyable evening around the table. And just a short walk into town for everything else.

This house is honestly even better in person! It's so beautiful and the location is unbeatable!! We took the 3-4 min walk to Hanalei Bay beach every day. The beach was so beautiful and convenient we never went to any others. We had 5 kids ages 6-15 and they loved boogie boarding and playing in the sand. All the beach gear they keep at the house to use is so nice to have! A few minutes walk in the other direction is the cutest little town of Hanalei. Super quick and easy walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market, shave ice. The host was great and quick to respond to questions. Overall a fantastic vacation. We defiantly hope to stay again sometime!

this house was incredibly comfortable for my family and i. the lanais and walls that open up the living spaces were truly wonderful.

The location is excellent, a short walk to the beach and Hanalei. Little to no noise for sleeping. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The lanai is large and we ate most meals there even when it rained. We would go back in a heartbeat. Ages of our group were 5-69. There were 10 in the home and everyone commented on the ease of living in the home over the week we stayed.

Fantastic could not have been better.

The house is in a great location, with easy access to beach. Front porch is a great place to hang out. The upstairs is very comfortable, but the downstairs needs some work. Property manager was very helpful.
